The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting proposals to provide Day Reporting Center (DRC) Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within Erie County, Pennsylvania.

All offerors are advised that the Government reserves the right to disclose or make public any environmental documentation or other information provided in response to the solicitation. Such disclosures would typically occur in Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, public hearings, comment periods, and other public forums. Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting proposals to provide Day Reporting Center (DRC) Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within Erie County, Pennsylvania. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined above. The period of performance for any contract which may award under the RFP will be for a one-year base period and four one-year option years.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Day Reporting Center (DRC) services (for Day Reporting Placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes located in Erie, Pennsylvania. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined above. The services are required to be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), with documentation as required. The Schedule of Supplies/Services includes multiple items for providing Day Reporting Placement (DRC) Services located in Erie County, Pennsylvania, covering a base period and four option years. The Place of Performance is Erie County, Pennsylvania, with a Day Reporting Placement Radius within 150 miles of the DRC.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover a one-year base period and four one-year option years, with specific quantities and unit prices outlined in the Schedule of Supplies/Services. The anticipated periods of performance are detailed for each option year.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed is Erie County, Pennsylvania.
