Background
The Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO-S), Soldier Medical Devices (SMD) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive medical materiel support to all Army components, ensuring optimal healthcare and worldwide medical readiness. This includes the procurement, assembly, distribution, and management of medical equipment and materiel sets, as well as technical assistance for medical materiel sustainment operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Labor services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Travel services as outlined in the PWS.
3. Other Direct Costs (ODCs) related to supplies as specified in the PWS.
4. Surge labor, travel, and ODCs during option line items as needed.

The contractor must also provide technical data as required by the Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL). Inspection and acceptance will occur at designated locations per the PWS criteria.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 3, 2025, to July 2, 2026.

Place of Performance
All work will be conducted at Fort Detrick, MD 21702-9232.
