Amendment 9 - 13 February 2023

The purpose of Amendment 9 is to provide the following:

1) Industry identified 3 districts with formula errors on Price Summary Tab, Attachment 6. See Attachment 9 for specifics

2) Industry requested clarification Facility Observer pricing with regards to Attachment 3 - CBAs. See Attachment 9 for specifics.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged

Amendment 8 - 10 February 2023

The purpose of Amendment 8 is to provide the following:

1) The Government was notified of an inconsistency between how the Government will receiving invoicing vs the Attachment 6 pricing. After review the Government made updates to the formulas in Attachment 6. See Attachment 9 for specific details

2) The ASC incumbent provided the Government the most recently negotiated CBA amendment for the Internation Association of Machinists and Aerospace Works, District Lodge 947. This has been captured under Attachment 3, Amendment 8.

Amendment 7 - 7 February 2023

The purpose of Amendment 7 is to provide the following:

1) The Government has extended the proposal due date to 15 February 2023 at 5:00 PM EST

2) Provide clarification for the pricing instructions to provide adequacy of an offerors accounting system. See ASC RFP Amendment 7, page 66. Additionally, the Government has added and provided Attachment 12 - SF1408 to provide offerors what is to be addressed for an adequacy opinion or statement of the offerors accounting system.

Amendment 6 - 2 February 2023

The purpose of Amendment 6 is to provide the following:

1) The Government has removed the requirement to submit Attachment 5 with Offerors proposals. This Attachment is an exhibit document only that will be used during performance of the ASC contract. Please see updated ASC RFP, Amendment 6 for the removal of this requirement and Attachment 9 with response to question regarding the Attachment 5 requirement.

Amendment 5 - 1 February 2023

The purpose of Amendment 5 is to provide the following:

1) The Government Program Office has reduced the number of workstations at Alexandria (XDE) from 11 to 10. Therefore the Government has amended Attachment 1 - ASC PWS and Attachment 6 - ASC Pricing Sheet. See Amendment 5 attachments (including SF30 Amendment 5) for details

2) Provide responses to 3 additional questions on Attachment 9. See Amendment 5 attachment for details.

3) Provide clarification in the ASC RFP, Factor 1 Subfactor 1, for proposal of Key Personnel not found in PWS Section 5. See Amendment 5 for details. All changes highlighted in Pink.

Amendment 4 - 31 January 2023

The purpose of Amendment 4 is to provide the following:

1) Updated Pricing Sheet to make corrections. Please see updated Attachment 6 for corrections and Attachment 9 for responses to specific cells/formulas. New responses highlighted in Orange.

Amendment 3 - 30 January 2023

The purpose of Amendment 3 is to provide the following:

1) Provide additional responses to Factor 4 Small Business Participation questions. See Attachment 9_Question Submission Form_CO Responses_3

2) Provide ASC RFP Amendment 3 with SF30, which updates Factor 1, Sub-Factor 2 language, provides Attachment 11 ASC Two Problem Statements, and updates Factor 4 instructions and evaluation language. All changes are highlighted in Red

3) Provide minor corrections to Attachment 6 ASC Pricing Sheet Amendment 3
