Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for Janitorial Services at multiple locations in the Northern and Southern regions of Alaska. 9. Nome Transient Quarters
10. Northway Flight Service Station and Temporary Quarters
11. Tanana Weather Observation Station

Southern Area (9 locations):
1. Palmer Flight Service Station
2. Sitka Flight Service Station
3. Talkeetna Flight Service Station
4. Ketchikan System Support Center
5. Cordova System Support Center/Contract Weather Observer
6. Dutch Harbor Rotational & Temporary Housing
7. Cordova Transient Quarters
8. Saint George Transient Quarters
9. Homer Flight Service Station.
The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all services meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Period of Performance
The total period of performance for the contract is from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2031, which includes a Base Year and four Option Years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various FAA facilities located in Northern and Southern regions of Alaska.

Offerors must have an active registration at the time of submission and must not have any exclusions from federal contracting.
