The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center (FSC) requires contractor support to perform janitorial service at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center in Waco, TX.

Amendment 0004 - Amendment 0004 has been issued to extend the offer due date / local time by 7 calendar days from July 15, 2025 @ 4:30 PM EST to July 22, 2025 @ 4:30 PM EST. See attachment below.

Amendment 0005 has been issued to make revisions to the PWS and Clause section of the PWS, Provide revision to Attachment I, Provide Attachments J & K for additional floor plan information, and to provide answers to questions. The offer due date is extended by two business days from July 22, 2025 @ 4:30 PM EST to July 24, 2025 @ 4:30 PM EST. See attachments below.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center (FSC) is seeking contractor support for janitorial services at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center located in Waco, TX. The VA's mission is to provide financial services to veterans and their families. Ensuring a clean and professional environment at the medical center is essential for their operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary for janitorial services at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center. The scope includes:

1. Cleaning approximately 14,000 square feet of space on the 1st and 2nd floors of Building 92.
2. Ensuring that all cleaning operations meet Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) standards as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Directing daily cleaning operations, supervising personnel, developing cleaning schedules, conducting quality control inspections, hiring and training employees, and coordinating with building personnel.
4. Providing all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
5. Complying with various regulations including Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals Manual (JCAHO), OSHA standards, EPA requirements, and other applicable laws.
