Request for Information: Water Recycling Wash Rack Preventative Maintenance

Background
The 502d Contracting Squadron is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to survey the market for potential contractors capable of performing preventative maintenance on two wash rack facilities located at JBSA Randolph.

This initiative supports the agency's market research and aims to guide the acquisition strategy for this requirement. The wash rack facilities utilize water recycling systems purchased in 2017 to wash Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and aircraft.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a monthly preventative maintenance service plan, including response repair visits for Routine, Urgent, and Emergent Assessments.

The contractor is responsible for sustaining the two water recycling systems through scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs of deficiencies to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations. All management, personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, and materials necessary for inspections, monitoring, parts replacement, adjustments, and repairs must be provided by the contractor. Additionally, the contractor must document all inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs performed.

Period of Performance
One year plus four option years.
