Request for Information Scope Lease

Background
The VISN 15 VA Medical Centers are seeking potential sources to provide a lease and maintenance agreement for various Urology and ENT scopes, gastroscopes, bronchoscopes, and associated equipment. This initiative aims to support the medical facilities within the Veterans Integrated System Network (VISN 15). The goal is to ensure access to the latest technology in medical scopes and equipment to enhance patient care.

Work Details
The contract will involve leasing the latest technology available on the market, including AI capabilities, for various medical scopes and equipment. Specific requirements include:
- Colonoscopes (regular, slim, single or dual ports)
- Gastroscopes
- Pediatric Colonoscopes and Gastroscopes
- Bronchoscopes
- Urology Scopes including HD Flex CystoNephro Videoscope, various Cystoscopes, Cystourethroscope Sheath, Telescope OES Elite, and Ureteroscopes.
- ENT Scopes including Rhino Laryngoscope models with high performance video filtering capabilities.

Additional equipment required includes monitors, flushing pumps, roll stands, cables, cords, processors, generators with footswitches, carts, trolleys, accessories for carts or trolleys, connectors, lamps, keyboards, super pulsed laser systems, printers, forceps, graspers, cameras, light sources, travel carts with screens, Bowie units, CO2 regulation units. All equipment must meet high performance standards for visualization of tissues and identification of cancerous growths.

Period of Performance
Base year plus three-year options.
