**UPDATE, 2/5/2024**

Based on data/feedback collected over the last several months, the Government has determined that a MAC is not the most advantageous method to satisfy the requirements for the next several years, as previously advertised at PALT meetings. Therefore, the Government has determined that the individual requirements will drive their acquisition strategies. Future requirements and pertinent information will be discussed at PALT meetings and contracting opportunities will be posted on Sam.gov as they become available.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is providing this Request For Information (RFI) to conduct market research for the upcoming Sailor 2025 (S2025) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Fiscal Year 2024 Non-Aviation Rating Multiple Award Contract.

The purpose of this RFI is to glean industry feedback from potential offerors to determine the method of acquisition prior to the issuance of the solicitation. THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The responses to this RFI and the resulting discussions will be utilized to determine the best approach to fulfilling the requirements of the attached scope document. The Government is looking for feedback from industry partners regarding the Agile process, scoping areas and industry's interest/ability to participate, and any areas that might limit interest/participation by Small Businesses. The Government is interested in conducting one-on-one meetings with interested industry partners who submit timely responses to this RFI. One-on-one meetings are not intended to be Capability Briefings. Respondents are requested to review the attached scope document and respond in writing with their interest in participating in and availability for a one-on-one meeting.

The Government wishes to conduct one-on-one meetings the week of 23 to 27 October 2023 virtually via Microsoft Teams. Responses shall be submitted to Audrey.l.rolland.civ@us.navy.mil with a carbon copy to david.a.kors.civ@us.navy.mil. In the written submission, please identify three preferred time slots from the attached sign-up sheet and include the names and E-mail addresses of the individuals who will be participating in the one-on-one meetings so the Government can properly distribute the meeting makers.

For those industry partners that are unable to participate in one-on-one meetings, comments regarding the attached scope document or feedback on the Agile process, scoping areas and industry's interest/ability to participate, and any areas that might limit interest/participation by Small Businesses shall be submitted in writing Audrey.l.rolland.civ@us.navy.mil with a carbon copy to david.a.kors.civ@us.navy.mil. RESPONSES TO THIS RFI SHALL BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 11:00AM EASTERN ON FRIDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2020.
