REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Tactical Air Control Party Modernization (TACP-M) Air Support Operations Center EMS Awareness Suite

Background
This RFI is for the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Modernization office. The TACP-M office is currently interested in hardware and software to modernize the Air Support Operations Center (ASOC). ASOC TACPs align with conventional Army forces to provide precision terminal attack guidance of U.S. and coalition close air support (CAS) aircraft, artillery, and naval gun fire; establish and maintain Command and Control (C2) communications; and advise ground commanders on the best use of air power.

Work Details
The TACP C2 Weapon System requires agility, scalability, and resilience to provide C2 capabilities that focus on converging multi-domain effects in highly contested environments. TACP-M is interested in tactical electromagnetic spectrum detection devices to help bridge this capability gap, with specific high-level requirements listed in the solicitation document.
