Request for Information (RFI) Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) Logic Chassis Replacement (LCR)

Background
The United States Space Force is seeking contractors with the ability to perform analysis, requirements, and design solution development for the Logic Chassis Replacement (LCR) for the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) Radar site. The LCR task is a Form, Fit, Function and Interface (F3I) replacement supporting Government requirements to eliminate obsolescence and provide long term sustainment (10 years minimum) support for PARCS. The current Logic Chassis components/technology is no longer available, however, the LCR task will require the F3I replacement to fit into the frame of the current Logic Chassis.

Work Details
The contractor is expected to perform a production and deployment effort of specific Logic Chassis’ to the PARCS site in quantities as identified in Table 1.

The first articles will be deployed to Cavalier SFS and include all technical data required for production/manufacturing, acceptance testing, operations, maintenance and sustainment. Respondents should be cleared Department of Defense contractors with the ability to handle information to the 'Secret' level. The contractor response will need to demonstrate their expertise and ability to perform analysis, requirements and design solution development, with limited current Logic Chassis technical documentation describing specifications and functionality.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at Cavalier Space Force Station (SFS), ND.
