Under solicitation 47QMCA-23-N-0023, the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Travel, Transportation, and Logistics Light Vehicles Branch is seeking information and interest from potential industry partners regarding the procurement of Passenger Vans.

Background
Under solicitation 47QMCA-23-N-0023, the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service’s Office of Travel, Transportation, and Logistics – Light Vehicles Branch is seeking information and interest from industry partners regarding the procurement of passenger vans under the Express Desk Program.
An Industry Day virtual seminar was held on February 28, 2023, and RFI submissions are due by March 22, 2023.

Work Details
Current interest includes Passenger Vans:
- Compact to Full Size
- Seating capacity up to 15 passengers
- Drivetrains: 4x2 and OEM-approved 4x4 or AWD (conversion vans must be OEM approved and meet all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) requirements)
- All fuel types: Gas, Electric Vehicle (EV), Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), etc.

Period of Performance
Delivery to be completed within 45 days of award under Express Desk procedures.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations within the United States as specified in individual delivery orders.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must provide OEM-approved 4x4 (or AWD) passenger vans that meet all FMVSS safety requirements.
Quotes must include all associated charges, including shipping.
