Request for Information (RFI) - Human Resources Management Solutions

Background
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Acquisitions (OAQ) Information Technology Division (ITD) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

The objective of this RFI is to gather information on existing Human Resource Management Solutions system vendors that comply with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) - Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM) functional framework, which defines Federal Human Capital Management and is tailored to meet ICE's requirements.

Work Details
The RFI seeks to promote an exchange of information regarding capabilities and offerings of HR management solutions. Interested parties are requested to provide:

1) An Administrative Information Table with all required fields completed;
2) Responses to specific questions outlined in the RFI, with a total length not exceeding 20 pages. The responses must be formatted in size 12 Times New Roman font with single spacing and 1-inch margins. Graphical images containing text should have text no smaller than 9pt font.
