PMA-226 provides COCO aircraft to the Department of the Navy (DON) Fleet and Test customers. Performance locations could include multiple Continental United States (CONUS) sites, remote operating bases located outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), or bases located on foreign soil. Aircraft shall operate from contractor-based locations on the East and West Coast, or from any operating site worldwide during temporary periods of authorized deployment. These aircraft services are in support of training efforts and will not include any combat operations.

The SOJ services contract is contemplated as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resulting IDIQ will have a total period of performance of 10 years.
