REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) AN/ALR-69A Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Countermeasure Signal Processor (CSP) Radar Receiver (RR) Production and Sustainment

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the production and sustainment of the AN/ALR-69A Radar Warning Receiver (RWR). The goal of this contract is to ensure that the necessary expertise, capabilities, and experience are available to meet the qualification requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This system is classified as a non-commercial item, and participation in this market research does not guarantee future contract awards. The level of security clearance required for this contract is SECRET, and there is no foreign participation allowed.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing production and sustainment services for the AN/ALR-69A RWR, which includes two Line Replaceable Units (LRUs): one Countermeasure Signal Processor (CSP) and four Radar Receivers (RRs). The contractor must furnish all necessary materials, support equipment, tools, test equipment, assembly, and services. They are also responsible for logistics, maintenance, and calibration of all support equipment required at their facility or a subcontractor’s facility.

All contractor-furnished materials or parts used for replacement must equal or exceed the quality of the original materials or parts. The sole source contractor identified for this effort is Raytheon Company (RTX).
