Background
The US Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Contracting Division (ACC-APG) is seeking information through a Request for Information (RFI) to understand industry capabilities in providing a paper detector ticket.

The goal is to find a solution similar to the U.S. military M8 Chemical Agent Detector Paper, which can detect and classify various chemical agents. This RFI supports market research and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids.

Work Details
The RFI seeks information on the capability to provide a paper detector ticket that can detect and classify G-, V-, H-, and A-series chemical agents using colorimetric responses.

The detector must provide an eye-readable color change upon exposure to hazardous liquid chemical agents on surfaces. Key specifications include:
- Must respond to 1 microliter or more of liquid challenge in under 1 minute without sample preparation.
- Should be reproducible at a cost of less than $10 for a booklet of 25 tickets.
- Designed to enhance situational awareness and improve battlefield management.
