REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY for Pension System Solution, Implementation, and Migration

Background
The Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) is seeking to modernize its existing retirement/pension system by exploring potential viable FedRAMP-Authorized Solutions available in the marketplace. The goal of this initiative is to provide CNIC with a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) to estimate costs, timelines, and the level of effort required for developing a new implementation plan, as well as for the implementation and migration of current retirement solutions to a modern retirement system. CNIC encourages feedback from interested parties.

Work Details
The contract involves the development and migration of a new retirement system for CNIC. Specific requirements include:
- Implementation plan development
- Migration of current retirement solutions to a new system
- Solutions must be FedRAMP-Authorized
- Consideration of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) options
- Compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards
- Integration capabilities with existing systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality.
