Request for Information, Morocco F-16 Program Design and Construction

Background
The request for information seeks to gather information on interested parties who may bid on a potential request for proposal on the USAF's design and construction project outlined in the draft Statement of Work attached. Offerors may submit in writing a document outlining their capabilities to meet this requirement by email to the contacts listed. Please state in your response any experience in this scope of work performed in the AFRICOM or CENTCOM area of responsibility.

Work Details
This SOW encompasses the full range of methods, technologies, and supporting activities necessary to conduct work in the Kingdom of Morocco for the Royal Moroccan Air Force (RMAF). The scope involves design, construction quality assurance, and construction. Work is at 2 locations in Morocco, specifically, 5th Base (Sidi Slimane) and 6th Base (Ben Guerir). The Contractor will be responsible for: Design of facilities and supporting infrastructure at both bases, construction quality assurance of facilities to be constructed by RMAF Contractor at both bases, and construction of facilities and supporting infrastructure at both bases. Additional details are included in the attached Statement of Requirement.

The geographic location(s) where the construction projects will be performed are 5th Base (Sidi Slimane) and 6th Base (Ben Guerir) in the Kingdom of Morocco.
