Please find attached a Request for Information (RFI) concerning a possible future acquisition of Liquid Argon in support of the Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) project.

This RFI is in support of Fermilab's market research and acquisition planning efforts.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Fermilab to support market research and acquisition planning for the supply of Liquid Argon to the Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) project in Lead, South Dakota.

The LBNF project is part of a larger effort to advance neutrino research.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of Liquid Argon (LAr) with proposed storage capacity of 280 tons, distributed across 4x50 m3 tanks, supporting a daily usage of 70 tons.

The infrastructure includes LAr Tankers Offloading stations, pumps with a capacity of 2x49 kg/min, and vaporizers with 2x300 kW power. The setup ensures redundancy with 2N configuration for pumps and vaporizers.
