Request for Information IDOS-IT (This Is Not a Solicitation)

Background
The United States Air Force, specifically the Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC), is seeking information to support the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Development, Operations, and Sustainment Information Technology (IT) effort. The goal is to acquire best-value services that deliver superior, resilient, scalable, and adaptable IT solutions to ensure reliable IT dominance in support of the ICBM nuclear deterrence mission. This dedicated IT service contract aims to focus on cybersecurity and IT services objectives without being overshadowed by broader weapon system requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT services and solutions that include:

1. Infrastructure and Systems Operations: Support for maintaining and modernizing government-controlled on-premises and hybrid infrastructure, including site surveys, infrastructure layout developments, and IT planning.

2. Server and Data Support: Operational services for deploying, troubleshooting, maintaining, sustaining, upgrading, and monitoring servers and enterprise network storage.

3. Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Implementation of DoD/AF-compliant cybersecurity measures including Risk Management Framework (RMF) support, continuous monitoring, threat detection and response, vulnerability analysis, compliance readiness, and collaboration with government personnel for system security documentation.

4. Application Development and Sustainment: Support for the sustainment, modernization, and secure integration of ICBMSD applications into hybrid environments while ensuring compliance and performance improvements.

5. Service Desk System Administration: Multi-tier enterprise service desk support managing user access provisioning across multiple classification levels while adhering to ITSM and cybersecurity requirements.

6. Software License Management: Management of all software licenses including usage tracking.

Place of Performance
The contract will primarily be performed at Hill Air Force Base (AFB) and associated operating locations.
