Amendement 1: This is an updated description to include the attached updated RFI which includes a request for ROM along with the white paper, extended due date of 8 February 2021 and attach questions and answers received to date, 21 Jan 2021.

This is a request for information only, reference the attached RFI information. White paper response due 1 Feb 2021.

Statement of need:

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC) Aerospace Dominance Enabler Division (HBZ) through the Control and Reporting Center (CRC) Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a simulator that will enable our software developers and testing community to test MUOS capable radios by using a simulated MUOS signal in place of live satellite channels. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC) Aerospace Dominance Enabler Division (HBZ) through the Control and Reporting Center (CRC) Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a simulator that will enable our software developers and testing community to test MUOS capable radios by using a simulated MUOS signal in place of live satellite channels.
