Request for Information for Enterprise Resource Planning Common Services (ERP CS) Software   2

Background
The United States Air Force Business and Enterprise Systems Division is seeking a partner to develop, innovate, integrate, upgrade, and sustain capabilities provided by the Enterprise Resource Planning Common Services (ERP CS) software.

The ERP CS Program Management Office (PMO) aims to enhance collaboration across stakeholders, improve efficiency and effectiveness of business functions, and drive innovations across mission systems. The PMO has adopted a scaled agile framework for management purposes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive IT services for the effective management, enhancement, and operation of the ERP CS environments. Key tasks include:
1. Design, develop, deploy, document, implement, operate, and sustain ERP common services.
2. Support and manage the performance of assets in existing DISA and ERP CS environments.
3. Provide sustainment activities including service management, storage management & administration, database management, capacity management, backup and restore management, patching, disaster recovery, incident management, and troubleshooting.
4. Ensure alignment with System Lifecycle and agile policies while executing the agile strategy.
5. Cooperate with stakeholders including ERP CS PMO, DISA, Cloud One, Oracle OEMs on common infrastructure services.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of 12 months from July 24, 2025 to July 23, 2026 with two additional option periods of 12 months each extending through July 23, 2028. An extension of services may occur from July 24, 2028 to January 23, 2029 under extenuating circumstances.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at the Contractor's facility with travel anticipated to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio; Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Alabama; Randolph AFB, Texas; and other locations as required.
