Background
The Department of Energy Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is issuing this RFI to identify capable parties having the capability and an interest in providing No-cost Event Planning Services to DOE. The OCIO hosts conferences to allow DOE enterprise and partners to come together to discuss the latest developments in cyber, innovation, and IT issues to identify new opportunities for collaboration and cooperation. One key annual conference held is the DOE Cybersecurity and Technology Innovation Conference, which includes attendees across DOE, staff from the national laboratories, plants, sites, and power marketing administrations, as well as federal staff from across the interagency, academic partners, international representatives, and private industry—anyone who is working to advance IT, innovation, and cybersecurity within and energy sector.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, supervision, and other items as well as non-personal services necessary to perform event coordination at no cost to the Government via a cost-recovery model. No cost event planning support services required will include but will not be limited to project management, cost recovery management, site selection & logistics management, liaison support with venue and City Visitors Bureau (CVB), audio-visual support,
communication and outreach activities (in coordination with DOE), event marketing,
coordination and communication with Government,
conference execution,
event debrief,
and closeout of events.
