REQUEST FOR INFORMATION for AFLCMC/ HBU- GBOSS Sustainment

The Government is specifically interested in your experience with the sustainment of the G-BOSS equipment/parts or relationships that may provide sustainment services at multiple locations across the globe. Equipment/parts to include; 380HD cameras, I2Tech I2AX Camera, R20SS and pan/Tilt, R3D Radars, INU receives, Video Encoders, MEP 831A Generators (or similar), Display kits, and PTP 700 Radios. Software includes Command and Control (C2) from Novetta (Ageo ISA) and embedded software from the multiple hardware components. For planning purposes, assume 7-10 systems to be deployed in multiple countries globally and company supported Field Service Representatives (FSR) should be onsite at these locations to provide operational, cyber update, and training support as required. Software patches/updates should be executed quarterly if not disclosed otherwise.
