Background
The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, F-15 Directorate (AFLCMC/WAQ) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights for Depot Activation capabilities to support the F-15EX program. This program is a multi-role weapon system that aims to replace the existing F-15C/D fleet and augment the aging F-15E fleet. The goal of this RFI is to identify potential sources capable of providing long-term support strategies that improve supply chain efficiencies and material availability for various Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and their subcomponents.

Work Details
The RFI focuses on the provision of Depot Activation capabilities specifically for the F-15EX's Rudder Sensor. The work involves repair and maintenance of the Rudder Sensor, which includes:
- The Rudder Sensor itself
- All associated parts/spares
- Rights in technical data necessary for maintenance and software verification at designated Air Logistics Complex (ALC).

The contractor will be responsible for identifying requirements, designing/building/purchasing Specialized Test Equipment (STE), Test Program Sets (TPS), and Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) required for depot-level hardware testing and repair. Additionally, the contractor must provide training to USAF Maintenance Technicians in test and repair processes, ensuring they can operate, maintain, and calibrate the STE effectively.
