Request for Information: Enterprise Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Program Identity Governance and Administration(IGA) Solution

Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Identity, Credential, and Access Management Office (ICAMO) is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry feedback on a draft enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution. The ICAMO’s mission is to identify, evaluate, engineer, and maintain enterprise ICAM solutions that provide a trusted IT environment for the FBI’s efforts to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution.
This requirement supports a Zero Trust Architecture in accordance with OMB Memoranda M-22-09 and M-21-31, Executive Order 14028, and aims to consolidate and enhance the FBI’s existing identity management across four primary networks spanning three classification levels, including on-premises, cloud, and lab environments.
