Request for Information: Data Fabric Solutions

Background
The Mission Planning Systems (MPS) is a collaborative program with the Navy to leverage technical solutions and business practices for all Department of Defense (DoD) platforms. MPS enables mission planners to create a flight plan based on multiple inputs and data sources including threats, targets, terrain, weather, aircraft performance capability and configuration. It is an essential task that must be completed prior to any fixed or rotary wing aircraft sortie. MPS relies heavily on Unclassified and Classified data to plan airspace missions globally. Acquisition commands from both services have jointly initiated a move to stand up centralized collection, distribution, monitoring, and management of mission planning data and software supporting the objective to provide data and software anytime, anywhere on any device.

Work Details
Responses shall be divided into four (4) specific sections. Response shall not exceed 8 pages.
Section 1: Administrative - Provide administrative information including name, mailing address, cage code, company Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) identification code, phone number, fax number, e-mail of designated point of contact; list of business type; identification if on a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) or other Government Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles.
Section 2: Capabilities - Clearly and concisely identify the capabilities by addressing questions related to product purpose, pricing model, DoD customer-base, data management implementation, cloud availability, classification & impact levels in each cloud environment, cross domain capability, average data upload & download speeds, bandwidth limitations, data storage service, API's provided and their interfaces, local distribution for Disconnected Deployments & Operations resource requirements, service level agreement offerings, system data visualizations & reporting capabilities, blue/green deployment support and timeline for implementing new data sources.
Section 3: Architectural Diagram - Provide a high-level Architectural diagram and a description of the system.
Section 4: Additional Information - Address any additional standard that the government should be aware of that the respondent would like to include not identified in section 2 of your response.
