Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Chief Technology Officer Directorate (CTOD), Enterprise Architecture Division (EAD) is conducting market research to standardize Cloud Smart Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at DHS. Industry feedback is requested for SLA contract language recommendations that will assist DHS in procurements to achieve technical capability delivery effectiveness.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), specifically the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and the Chief Technology Officer Directorate (CTOD), is conducting market research to standardize Cloud Smart Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
