Request For Expressions of Interest for Cook Hall Harpers Ferry, WV

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking expressions of interest for the use of Cook Hall, a historic structure located at 252 McDowell Street, Harpers Ferry, WV. The building, constructed in 1939-1940 as a dormitory for Storer College, encompasses 9,970 square feet and aims to engage individuals, educational institutions, governmental and quasi-governmental agencies, and non-profit or for-profit organizations in its utilization.

Work Details
Respondents are invited to submit proposals detailing their intended use of Cook Hall and the associated lands. The facility includes two parking lots with a total of approximately 26 spaces, 30 rooms, a kitchen, storage space, laundry room, two meeting rooms, and office space.

The NPS reserves the right to withdraw the RFEI or not issue any related Request For Proposals (RFP), and may utilize submitted ideas in ways deemed beneficial to the NPS. All costs incurred in responding to this RFEI are the responsibility of the respondent. Responses are subject to public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act; any proprietary information must be clearly marked.
