Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) Secondary Power System, Jet Fuel Starter (JFS), Generator Control Unit (GCU), Organizational Testers, Intermediate Tester, and Depot Test Cell (ROKAF JFS-GCU)

This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition to procure the aircraft components, parts, and test equipment to upgrade and modify the Secondary Power System, Jet Fuel Starter (JFS), Generator Control unit (GCU, Organizational Testers, Intermediate Tester, and Depot Test Cell in support of the F-15 Technical Coordination Program (TCP) IAW Security Assistance AFI 16-101.
The objective of this requirement is for procurement aircraft parts and test equipment in the new configuration that has been fielded. .

Specific tasks to be accomplished are for the contractor to procure the required items to modify both the aircraft components, test equipment and test cell. The contractor will kit the aircraft parts for the installation of the associated Country Specific Time Compliance Technical Order and associated technical manuals. The contractor will also procure the parts and components to modify and upgrade the organizational testers, intermediate tester, and depot test cell.The duration of the contract is a basic period of 12 months, plus two (2), twelve (12) month ordering periods

The contract action was not awarded competitively as this acquisition is source directed and authorized under 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(4) as implemented in FAR 6.302-4 International Agreement.
