THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL NECESSARY LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, TRANSPORTATION, SUPERVISION, ETC., IN ORDER TO PERFORM ALL ELEMENTS OF THE WORK IDENTIFIED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS, DRAWINGS, CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS, GENERAL WAGE DETERMINATION MD20230044, MOD 8 DATED 08/04/2023, AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE TOWER ROOF AT THE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL LIBRARY (NAL), LOCATED IN BELTSVILLE, MARYLAND.

THIS ACQUISTION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE - SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING. FAR 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS APPLIES.

THE NORTHERN AMERICAN CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 238160 - ROOFING CONTRACTORS - WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $19 MILLION.

Background
The National Agricultural Library (NAL) located in Beltsville, Maryland requires the replacement of the tower roof. This acquisition is a total small business set aside, subject to the availability of funding.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, etc., in order to perform all elements of the work identified in the specifications, drawings, clauses and provisions for the replacement of the tower roof at NAL.
The construction performance period is 90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
