Description

REPLACEMENT OF SEACAMP CAMPGROUND SEPTIC SYSTEM AT CUMBERLAND ISLAND NATIONAL SEASHORE
Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of the septic systems at Seacamp Campground and Icehouse located within Cumberland Island National Seashore. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper sewage and waste management facilities are in place to support the campground's operations, enhancing visitor experience while adhering to environmental standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Replace the existing septic system at Seacamp Campground.
2. Replace the existing septic system at Icehouse.
3. Optionally, provide 8 portable sanitation stations for Seacamp, which must be serviced weekly.

All work must comply with the specifications outlined in the attached Statements of Work for both locations, ensuring that all construction meets safety and environmental regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from October 1, 2025, to March 26, 2026.
