Background
The U.S. Embassy in Riga, Latvia, is seeking to enhance the visual presentation of its facility by replacing existing exterior facade lighting fixtures with new RGBW LED fixtures. This upgrade aims to support programmable lighting displays for various events and improve the overall aesthetic of the embassy's exterior.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Conducting a site survey to verify existing conditions and inspect underground conduit.

2. Safely removing 38 existing iGuzzini Linealuce B752 facade light fixtures and disposing of materials according to local regulations.

3. Installing a new underground conduit from the outdoor control panel to the first fixture, ensuring compliance with electrical codes.

4. Reusing existing conduits for daisy-chaining control/data cabling and pulling new power conductors as necessary.

5. Installing 38 RGBW LED facade fixtures on concrete pads, ensuring even illumination across a height range of 4 to 8 meters and meeting IP65 ingress protection standards.

6. Installing a weatherproof outdoor control panel that operates independently of Wi-Fi, using hardwired connections and short-range wireless protocols only for remote control functions.

7. Verifying electrical load compatibility with existing wiring and conducting full functional testing of all fixtures post-installation.

Period of Performance
The contractor must commence work within 7 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete all work within 90 calendar days.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide performance and payment bonds within ten calendar days after award. They are also required to demonstrate experience in similar projects over the past three years, including references and details about previous contracts.
