Replacement Building Fabric Covering, Glenwood Training Annex   2

Background
The contract is for the replacement of the building fabric covering at the Glenwood Training Annex, Tinker AFB, OK. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals required for the purchase, delivery, and installation of fabric covering for a specific building. The contractor is responsible for identifying logistical and structural requirements, field verifying measurements and site conditions, and restoring the work site to previous conditions after completion.

Work Details
The work consists of complete removal of old fabric and recovering of the entire structure, including integral top and side section panels, gable ends, and fabric covered doors. The method of fabric attachment must conform to the original manufacturer’s specifications. Contractor operating hours shall be consistent with normal core duty hours of Tinker AFB unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO) or his designated representative. Personnel qualifications, conduct requirements, incident reporting procedures, claims liability, environmental compliance regulations, non-personal services specifications, government furnished property and supplies details are also provided.

The contract work will be performed at the Glenwood Training Annex at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma.
