Background
The National Park Service (NPS) at Golden Gate National Recreation Area, located within Marin County, California, has a requirement for the replacement of existing water meters at Fort Cronkhite, Fort Baker, and Fort Barry. The goal of this contract is to enhance water management by installing lead-free cold water ultrasonic water meters that include two-way endpoints for mobile reading and data collection.

Work Details
The contractor is required to replace a total of 120 water meters: 84 meters at Fort Baker and Fort Barry combined, and 36 meters at Fort Cronkhite. The work includes the provision of all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the project as per the specifications provided in the solicitation documents. Additionally, some replacement of Crissy boxes may be needed where applicable. All work must comply with local, state, and federal laws.
