Replacing UPS system at Bldg. 3154, CFAY, Japan and indicated related work. Related works are defined as temporary work and relevant work which is required to accomplish this project. Background
The contract involves the replacement of the UPS system at Building 3154, CFAY, Japan, and related works. The Contractor must complete the entire work within 480 calendar days. Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, materials, equipment, labor, and any other incidental related work to perform the replacement specified in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The contract completion period is 480 calendar days after the date of contract award.
Bids shall be priced only in Japanese Yen.
Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract.
