c) install a new modular pipe seal system for each of the three existing pipe penetrations using nitrile green rubber seal elements, reinforced nylon polymer pressure plates, and 316 stainless steel hardware;

e) provide all necessary equipment and labor for decontaminating, removing, and replacing the seals;

f) provide necessary safety equipment;

g) notify and schedule with their Performance Assessment Representative (PAR) for any utility outages needed (14-day prior notification required);

h) verify existing pipe and seal size prior to repair date;

i) test new pipe seals for leaks upon completion;

j) comply with FRC East Instruction FRCEASTINST 5100.14C regarding Confined Space Entry Program and use suitable PPE for hazardous environments.
