Background
The VA New Mexico Healthcare System, located at 1501 San Pedro Drive, Albuquerque, NM, has a requirement to 'Replace Roofs on Campus'. The project will be performed in a functioning hospital environment. The project is being procured as 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and must be listed as verified in the SBA VetCert database at https://www.sba.gov/vetcert. The magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, training, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. The work includes general construction, roofing replacement, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings (when available) of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
