Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed for replacement of furnace and mini-split systems for USDA ARS in Pullman, WA.

All work shall be done IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in this solicitation.

IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

Completion shall be 180 days after Notice to Proceed with bonds due 10 days after award.

Dept. of Labor General Decision #WA20250042 dated 02/14/2025 is applicable to this requirement.

Background
The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation for the replacement of furnace and mini-split systems at their facility located in Pullman, WA.

The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient heating solutions are installed in accordance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Removal and replacement of a propane furnace in PCFS Building 105.
2. Installation of a ductless mini-split system in PCFS Building 143.

All work must comply with the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work and other attached documents. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contractor must furnish any required performance and payment bonds within 10 days after award.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is set for 180 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
All construction projects will be performed at USDA ARS facility located at 4153 Pullman Albion Road, Pullman, WA 99163.
