Phase 1 for this solicitation has ended. Three proposals were received in Phase 1 with two of those proposals being found to be Most Highly Qualified and have been selected to move on to Phase 2. The firms that are moving on to Phase 2 are ASRC Builders, LLC and Brice Builders, LLC.

Amendment 0005 for Phase 2 will be posted on PIEE within the next two weeks and will only be granted access to ASRC Builders and Brice Builders.
