This is Phase 2, Request for Proposal, of a Two-Phase Design/Build project to Replace Overhead Power Line B along Static Road at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. **For refernece purposes, Phase 1 of the project is solicitation number 80KSC024R0003.**

Note: Only the Down Selected Firms are allowed to submit a proposal to this Phase 2 Request for Proposal announcement.
