The scope of work for this project includes:

All material, personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to remove and replace the roof with an ETHYLENE-PROPYLENE-DIENE-MONOMER ROOFING system on the Outside Maintenance facility.

Site Visit is scheduled for 29 September 2020 at 1:00 PM local time. See Section 00 21 00, Paragraph 1.18 for reservation information.

Estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000
