Amendment 0004 extends the proposal due date to August 01, 2023 by 2:00PM EDT and provides answers to additional questions from potential bidders. See Amendment 0004 and attachment "80KSC023R0013 Amendment 0004 Questions & Answers."

Amendment 0003 provides an updated wage determination, extends the due date to July 26, 2023 2PM EST, and provides answers to potential bidders' questions. See attachments "80KSC023R0013 Amend 003 (O&C S. Windg Substation)" and informational documents "81K033a_REV_AG" and controlled document "81K03320_REV_E (EAR99)"

Amendment 0002 provides a copy of the site visit sign in roster, a list of the rooms visited during the site visit, and the two reminders the stated to all contractors in attendance. See attachments "80KSC023R0013 Amendment 0002 with Attachment" and "80KSC023R0013 Site Visit Sign In."

Amendment 0001 changes the start time of the Site Visit from 9:00AM to 10:30AM. The date of the site visit remains on the same day, June 26, 2023. Accordingly this amendment updates solicitation Section L.9 (b) with the new site visit time; see attachments
"80KSC023R0013-Amendment 0001 with Attachment" and "80KSC023R0013-Amendment 0001 Slip Page 63."

Solicitation 80KSC023R0013 is for the following:

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and related activities necessary to Replace O&C South Wing
Electrical Distribution Equipment at Kennedy Space Center, Florida.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement.

Offeror MUST enter their UEI and DUNS number in block 14, page 2 of the SF 1442.

Offeror MUST be registered SAM and VETS-4212.

Offeror MUST submit electronic offer as specified in section L.15

As previously stated in the Sources Sought Notice 80KSC022ZCS002L in April 2022 and the Presolicitation Synopsis in May 2023: Access to the drawings and specifications will be limited to offerors certified by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP).

Specifications and Drawings have an Export Determination of EAR 99 and are considered controlled documents. Therefore, download of documents won't be permitted if requesters don't have an active DLA JCP certification.
