Description

Contractor shall provide all design, transportation, supervision, materials, equipment and labor to performing all operations in connections with replacing gas insulated 12.47 KV pad-mounted switchgear M32S5 and air insulated 12.47 KV pad-mounted switchgear R2S12 with new SF6/High-Firepoint Fluid insulated pad mounted switchgear, Naval Station Great Lakes. Per FAR 5.705(b), this contract action was not awarded competitively. It was solicited as an 8(a) sole source opportunity, in accordance with FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute.
