Background
The contract is issued by the National Guard Bureau for the purpose of replacing existing HVAC systems at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The mission of this project is to enhance the heating and cooling capabilities within multiple buildings, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment. The goal of the contract is to remove outdated systems and install modern HVAC solutions across nine specified buildings.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all necessary plant, materials, labor, and equipment to complete the following tasks:

1. Remove and replace existing HVAC systems including condensers, air handlers, and natural gas furnaces in nine buildings (9105, 9111, 9120, 9121, 9122, 9123, 9124, 9125, and 10324).

2. Replace the deteriorated wooden plenum box with a new insulated metal plenum box specifically in building 10324.

3. Install drywall on existing wood joints ceiling and exterior wood wall build-up and vertical rear wall within the Mechanical Room of building 10324.

4. Provide and install a mini-split system along with new LED interior lighting in building 9310. All associated supporting items for the heating/cooling systems must also be included.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will span several months as determined by the project timeline established by the contractor upon award.

The construction projects will be performed at Fort Stewart, Georgia.
