Background
The contract is issued by the Land Dominance Center at Fort Stewart, GA, with the goal of replacing HVAC systems in 21 buildings, including 18 Barrack Buildings and 3 Latrine Buildings.
The mission is to ensure efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are in place to support the operational needs of the facility.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Removal and replacement of existing HVAC systems (condensers, air handlers, natural gas furnaces) in 18 Barrack Buildings (13117-13131, 13143, 13145-13147) and 3 Latrine Buildings (13106, 13108, 13110).
2. Replacement of deteriorated wooden plenum boxes with new insulated metal plenum boxes in Barrack Mechanical Rooms.
3. Installation of drywall on existing wood joints and walls within the Mechanical Rooms.
4. Replacement of electrical disconnects across all buildings and reprogramming fire alarm control panels in Barrack Mechanical Rooms.
5. Demolition tasks include removing existing ductwork, air handlers, furnaces, line-sets, and electrical disconnects while ensuring proper disposal and compliance with safety standards.
6. New installations involve providing and installing new HVAC units (5 Ton condensers and furnaces), line-sets with insulation, framing for drywall installation, and ensuring all installations meet manufacturer specifications for safety and efficiency.
