Replace HVAC System with VRF Unit for S-424, 1078, 2072, USAG Humphreys.

Background
The project involves the replacement of HVAC systems with VRF units for buildings S-424, 1078, and 2072 at USAG Humphreys. The work will be executed by one or more groups, including contractors providing labor, tools, equipment, and supplies as per the specifications and drawings.

Work Details
The construction tasks include architectural work such as patching up and repainting walls, replacing ceiling tiles, gypsum boards, and suspended ceiling systems, as well as removing and replacing cabinets and flooring.
Mechanical work involves replacing fan coil units with new VRF systems, removing existing heat pump systems and associated piping, installing new control systems and casing for refrigerant piping.
Additionally, electrical work includes removing old wiring for HVAC units, replacing light fixtures with LED lighting, installing watt hour meters, panel boards, circuit breakers, and safety switches.

Period of Performance
The contract requires completion of the entire work within 360 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at USAG Humphreys in Pyeongtaek 17982, South Korea.
