Background
This procurement is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, for the purpose of replacing the HVAC system at MAG 14, Building 149, located at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the complete replacement of the HVAC system in Building 149 at MCAS Cherry Point.

This involves removing the existing system and installing a new HVAC system that meets all applicable codes and regulations. The contractor will be responsible for all necessary construction tasks related to this installation, including but not limited to: demolition of existing systems, installation of new ductwork, piping, electrical connections, and ensuring proper ventilation throughout the building.
