Replace Hospital Nurse Call, MATV, & Public Address System   2

The VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161 has a requirement to replace the Hospital Nurse Call, MATV, and Public Address System in Buildings 1 & 11 to prevent delayed or no response for seeing the patients and allowing emergency notification to be sent out throughout the campus. Current systems are antiquated and failing. Work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, training, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. The work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings (when available) of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
