Replace Hangar Doors Building 102   3

Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL has a requirement to replace remove and replace the two sets of hangar doors at Hangar 102 on Eglin AFB, FL. This project includes, but is not limited to the following: this is a Design-Build (D-B) project for a complete replacement of the two sets of hangar doors and associated systems. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following requirements and criteria: removal and disposal of both the north and south hangar doors, foundation rails, grout pack on top of foundation, and supporting structure for the door system as required. Installation of the new hangar doors with limited interference to the operation of the hangar space. A phasing plan which meets the Facility User's mission requirements throughout the duration of construction will be developed by the contractor and submitted to the government for approval. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the specifications.

2. Post As-Builts for Bldg 102. NOTE- AS BUILT FILES ARE TOO LARGE TO UPLOAD TO SAM.GOV. INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL SEND AN E-MAIL TO MARY.HALLMON@US.AF.MIL TO REQUEST THEY BE SENT VIA DOD SAFE.

3. Post RFI questions and answers. As-Built Index included in response spreadsheet. Reference Project Date for most recent drawings.

4. Post general laydown area drawing.

5. Post revised 50 Division Worksheet
