Replace Fuel Tanks, Patrick AFB, FL   6

Constructing two new 1,590-kiloliter (kL) (10,000-barrel) aboveground fuel storage tanks, a pump shelter with two 38 liter-per-second (600 gallon-per-minute) issue/transfer pumps and two 38 liter-per-second (600 gallon-per-minute) filter separators. Work includes all necessary fuel piping, product recovery tank, control systems, secondary containment, site work, utility connections, fencing with gates, and security lighting.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237120.

Note No. 1: All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in beta.sam.gov before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. Note No. 4: For this job, a small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $39,500,000 for the past three years.

Other forms of communicating RFIs to the Government will not be honored. The Government will try to respond to all questions. However, responses may not be furnished to all questions and particularly those received late in the advertisement period (0-10 days prior to bid opening.)
